After graduating from a Digital Media program, Net explored every part of the production journey—learning how each piece fits into the bigger picture. That broad foundation became her compass as she entered the industry.
She joined M2 about three years ago as a Production Coordinator on the Warhammer project in the asset department. The role sharpened her attention to detail and deepened her understanding of the production pipeline that holds everything together. Later, she expanded into preschool content—very different in tone but equally collaborative—working with global vendors and adapting to new workflows.
These varied experiences strengthened her flexibility, communication, and team support skills, eventually leading to her promotion to Associate Production Manager.
What drives her, no matter the project? A belief that great work happens when passionate people come together, seeing the same goal, and running toward it, side by side.
